PK65 Terms and Conditions –
Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Eligibility

To register and use PK65, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PK65 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including a copy of your CNIC or other valid identity document.

Access to PK65 is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. The platform is accessible to users in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. PK65 does not represent or warrant the legal status of online gaming in any specific location.

You may only register one account per person. Duplicate accounts or accounts created to circumvent previous restrictions will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been mistakenly restricted, contact our support team.

02 Account Registration

When registering an account at PK65, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PK65 will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed. This involves confirming your identity using your CNIC. The verification process is straightforward and typically completed quickly. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal access restricted until the process is complete.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• PK65 reserves the right to verify account details at any stage.
• Accounts with incomplete or false information may be suspended without notice.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on PK65 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and mobile wallets as standard deposit methods. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.

Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These amounts are displayed during the deposit process. PK65 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own service charges — please check with your provider.

You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. PK65 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may result in a hold on your account pending investigation.

PK65 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these terms.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and the completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Standard withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take a few hours depending on processing times.

A minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 applies across all payment methods. Bank transfers have a minimum of PKR 1,000. These limits exist to keep the processing system efficient for all players.

PK65 may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a security measure designed to protect your account and prevent unauthorised transactions. Cooperation with these requests ensures your withdrawal is processed as quickly as possible.

• Withdrawals must be sent to accounts registered in your own name.
• PK65 does not charge withdrawal fees at the platform level.
• Pending bonuses with unmet wagering conditions will not be included in available withdrawal balance.
• PK65 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending fraud investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

PK65 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games. These details are stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be played through before the resulting balance can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total.

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to artificially meet wagering requirements, or any form of bonus manipulation — is a breach of these terms. PK65 reserves the right to void any bonus and close any account found to be engaging in such behaviour.

• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• PK65 may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

06 Gameplay & Fair Use

PK65 offers a wide range of games including casino games, slots, fish games, bingo, sports betting, and esports. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer protocols, depending on the game type. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internation als, and football — are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled according to the state of play at the time the bet was accepted. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets may be voided in line with the applicable sport rules.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games is strictly prohibited. If you encounter a technical issue during gameplay, stop playing immediately and contact support. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PK65 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the PK65 support team or other players.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to access the platform's source code or backend systems.
• Exploiting software errors or undocumented features for financial gain.

PK65 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Any account involved in such activity will be reported and all associated funds held pending investigation.

08 Privacy & Data

PK65 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your data is used strictly for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and customer support purposes. PK65 does not sell your personal information to third parties. Certain data may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of completing transactions and securing your account.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data PK65 holds about you, and to request corrections if any information is inaccurate. For data-related queries, contact our support team.

09 Responsible Gaming

PK65 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is intended as entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits before they start playing — and to stick to them.

If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, please take a break. You can request a temporary account suspension or self-exclusion period by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.

PK65 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If you are a parent or guardian, please ensure this platform is not accessible to anyone under 18 in your household. Parental controls are your first line of defence — use them.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

PK65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances will be immediately voided. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and returned after a review process confirms no wrongdoing, or retained if a breach is confirmed.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact the support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to verification) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

11 Limitation of Liability

PK65 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

PK65 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions, betting outcomes, connection failures on the player's side, or actions taken by the player in breach of these terms. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before participating in any live games or in-play betting.

In circumstances where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, PK65 reserves the right to correct the error. This includes recovering any amounts incorrectly credited to a player's account. Players will be notified of any such corrections.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PK65 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Players are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
